Dr. Christopher Benjamin
Dr Benjamin is an ophthalmic surgeon. He came from India to the UK to undertake postgraduate training. His wife, Monica, is an obstetrician and gynaecologist. They both worked as missionary doctors in a Christian mission hospital in Robertsganj, Uttar Pradesh for 15 years. They pioneered eye care there, and were both involved in evangelism. He served on the DBI board from 1995 to 2003. Many of the converts from the work at the hospital were trained at Bible Bhavan, and three churches have been planted in the area as a result. They now make their home in London, where Dr Benjamin is a consultant for Vision Express. Chris and Monica have a grown up son and daughter.
Stephen Dalling
Stephen is a partner in the Christian legal practice of Anthony Collins Solicitors, Birmingham. He served as a DBI trustee from 1995 to 2002. He has been a trustee of Partners In Service, DBI’s UK representative charity, since 1989, serving as chairman and then secretary since 1994. He is a member of Duke Street Chapel, Sutton Coldfield. He is married to Pauline, who was born in India, and is the daughter of DBI’s founder. They have two daughters, Rebecca and Sonia, both still at school.

David Jackman is President of The Proclamation Trust and Director of the Cornhill Training Course, in London. The fundamental conviction of the Trust is that where the Bible is properly taught, the voice of God is heard. The Cornhill Course trains about 100 students each year in Biblical, expository preaching and practical Christian ministry.
Before founding Cornhill in 1991, David was Senior Minister of Above Bar Church, Southampton, England – a free church congregation in the city centre. He joined the staff there in 1976, having studied theology at Trinity College, Bristol, and worked for six years as a staff worker with the Inter-Varsity Fellowship. He read English at Cambridge University and was for four years a grammar school teacher.
David is married to Heather and they have two adult married children. His spare-time interests include historical biography, piano playing and walking. He is the author of nine books, the latest being I Believe in the Bible (Hodder).

Josh serves as a minister at Crossroads Presbyterian Church (PCA) in the U.S., and is President of DBI Partnership. Since 2006, DBI Partnership has sought to develop a network of churches, individuals, and organizations throughout the U.S. who are in ministry partnership with Delhi Bible Institute. DBI Partnership has been able to function as a servant of DBI through sending short-term teams, financial partnership, development of ministry resources, and other forms of encouragement.
Josh graduated from the University of Delaware with a double major in political science and history, and a minor in philosophy, studied at Westminster Theological Seminary, and graduated from Reformed Theological Seminary. Josh serves as the Chair of his local presbytery's theological examining and credentialing committee, and is a Th.M. candidate with Reformed Theological Seminary.
Josh is married to Jennifer, an active member of DBI Partnership as well, and has two sons, Jack and Benjamin.
Rev. Mark Lawrence
Mark Lawrence has been the minister at West Street Baptist Church in Dunstable, England since 2000. Mark is a firm believer in sound Bible based-ministry and teaching from the pulpit. His church has established a Christian community center, "The Way" which seeks to reach out to the community in Dunstable. West Street Baptist has supported the ministry of DBI for a number of years.

Mark Green
Mark is an American, living in Brazil on his 8th international assignment. He has worked for a major multinational company for the past 13 years. Prior to that he had his own business in the
United States. He holds an MBA in International Business from the States and a MA in Middle Eastern Studies from the American University in
Cairo. He is currently studying for MDiv from Reformed Theological Seminary, Orlando.
Mark has been involved with the Navigators, but now he focuses his ministry in the local church. He is a teacher and leader. Wherever he has lived he has encouraged men to build their lives on God’s Word, by discipling and mentoring leaders.
Mark is married to Lucy and is still madly in love after almost 18 years of marriage. They have four children, Rebecca, Eric, Emily and Julia, ranging from 7 to 16 years. As the head of the family, he regularly leads them in worship and Bible study and ensures that the family commits itself to supporting and assisting in the local church, wherever they are located.
Rev. Isaac Shaw
Isaac is currently the Executive Director of DBI. He has been on the staff since 1983 in various positions. He was encouraged to join the ministry by the founder, Robert Duff, who trained and mentored him for 18 years. He is also the Senior pastor of Bible Bhavan Christian Fellowship where he has been involved in leadership since 1982.
He graduated with BA Honours in English Literature from the Delhi University, and later completed an MA in English Literature.
He came to know the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour at the age of 10 through the ministry of his grandfather who later baptized him. He is bilingual with proficiency in English and Hindi. His ministry has a clear focus on North India.
He is married to Gloria Ojeda who was born in Bogotá, Colombia. She comes from a Catholic background, and was educated in Egypt, Ireland, Lebanon and Israel. She graduated from Appalachian State University in North Carolina where she was involved with Campus Crusade for Christ. She currently leads ministries among Indian and Spanish speaking
women.
Isaac and Gloria have four children, twin daughters, Gloria Raquel and Myriam Elizabeth (born 1994), Sarah (born 1997) and Isaac (born 2000).
Brendan Jones
Brendan is a Christian businessman, based in
Northern Ireland. He is actively involved in a
number of local charities. He founded Eagle Fellowship for physically handicapped young people. He is a board member for Action Mental Health, and director of Open House Trust. He is a member of Gideon’s International. He is actively involved with Stauros Foundation, which seeks to minister to the needs of addicts, mostly alcoholics. His involvement with Stauros is international. As a single man, his home is open to anyone who wants help in these areas.
Brought up in a Christian home, he was saved at the age of eight through the witness of his mother. Tragically she was killed in a car accident two years later, at the age of only thirty-six.
His involvement with DBI began in 1988, and he counts it a great privilege to be involved in the International Advisory Board.
Rev. Dr. William J. U. Philip
William directs the general ministry of The Proclamation Trust, working with ministers, theological students and others in training for Bible teaching ministries. He is a minister of the Church of Scotland and was previously involved in pastoral ministry in Aberdeen, Scotland, before joining the trust in 1999.
Prior to entering the ministry he worked as a medical doctor, specialising in cardiology. He is married to Rebecca, a doctor, and they have two young children, Joanna and Juliet.
